This isn’t a black box that hands you a score and walks away. Detection, scoring, and evidence capture run on the engine — fast, consistent, and checked against the same standards used in legal and compliance work. But the moment a case moves into strategy — what actually needs to happen next, in what order, and why — that’s not something we let an algorithm decide alone.

That part is built by people who’ve done this for over a decade in international markets: reputation specialists who’ve handled coordinated attacks, regulatory scrutiny, and cross-border cases long before any of it became a system. The engine tells you what’s real. The team decides what to do about it.

What the engine does

Finds everything that exists, scores it against independent standards, and produces evidence that holds up outside our own report — consistently, at a speed and scale no analyst can match working alone.

An engine without judgment is just a faster version of the same guesswork. Judgment without an engine doesn’t scale. We built the product so neither one has to work alone.

Legal & Ethics

This isn’t a disclaimer we added for comfort. It’s a hard rule in how cases get routed: content flagged as public-interest reporting is protected before a case reaches remediation, and any borderline call goes to a human, not an algorithm. Getting this wrong once is worse than getting it slow — so we built it to be slow when it needs to be.

Public-interest journalism is off-limits

Some of what shows up in a file is a real, sourced investigation into something that matters. We flag public-interest journalism as untouchable at the routing level, before any action is even considered, and every case that could plausibly involve it goes through a human review first. We built a system to take down fabricated attacks, not to help anyone quiet real reporting. That line doesn’t move, whoever’s asking.

Detection and remediation are structurally separate functions here — not a policy we promise to follow, but a split we built into how the work is organized. We don't whitewash real problems

If a case has a real, corroborated issue at its core, we don't forecast it away or dress it up as solved. We replace the usual “here's your improvement plan” with a straight ethical read: this is real, here's what stays on the record, here's what a defensible response actually looks like. The parts that are fabricated or exaggerated, we take apart. The parts that are true, we leave exactly as true.
