The service

Reputation Tower is a reputation-intelligence platform that detects online reputational signals, adjudicates which of them warrant action against defined standards of proof, supports remediation of well-founded issues, and monitors changes over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the Service.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems or networks;
interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service except as expressly permitted; or
use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of any third party.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Fees & billing

Certain features may require payment. Where fees apply, they will be described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, exclusive of applicable taxes, and billed in advance for the applicable subscription period.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its outputs will be complete or accurate for any particular purpose. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable EU law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Tallinn, Estonia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
